At Hasmirah, we take pride in offering high-quality customized jewellery designed specially for you. Since each piece is made to order, we kindly ask you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns on Customized Items
As all our jewellery items are custom-made according to customer specifications (names, designs, sizes), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Clear photos of the item

Description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will either:

Replace the item free of cost, or

Offer a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the item goes into production and cannot be cancelled or changed.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be issued if:

The product is defective or not as described

We are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
