By placing an order with Hasmirah, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between our brand and our valued customers.
1. Product Customization

All jewellery items are custom-made as per customer requests.

It is your responsibility to double-check spellings, names, and design instructions before confirming your order.

Once the order is placed, no changes can be made after 12 hours.
2. Order Processing & Delivery

Order processing time is usually 7 to 10 working days, excluding delivery time.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location or courier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are mentioned in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the order.

We accept payments through secure channels only (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After 12 hours, the item enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Return & Refund

Customized items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, and branding are the property of Hasmirah.

You may not use our brand name, photos, or designs without permission.
7. Misuse of Service
We reserve the right to cancel any order or block users in case of:
