Hasmirah – Shipping Policy

At Hasmirah, we aim to deliver your customized jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle order dispatch and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All items are custom-made, so please allow 7 to 10 working days for production before shipping.

  • Production time starts after payment confirmation and design finalization (if applicable).

2. Delivery Time

  • Once the item is ready, it is shipped via trusted courier services (e.g., Leopard, TCS, M&P).

  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.

  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed during order placement.

  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or on a minimum order value.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (upon request).

  • Please allow the courier 24 hours to update the tracking status.

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we are only delivering within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at the moment.
